Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator
As a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout our distribution network. You are the central point of contact between customers, logistics service providers, warehouses, and internal departments.
You will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, inbound and outbound logistics activities, customs formalities, transport arrangements, and administrative follow-up. In addition, you will ensure accurate data management within our RCC system and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational processes.
Warehouse Operator
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Operator is responsible for
packaging, loading, and unloading material within the warehouse or storage facility using drums and IBCs.
Work activities include operating a forklift, chemical packaging, bulk chemical transfers, trailer loading etc.
This position requires familiarity with ISO and Responsible Distribution. On-site we have
a drumming line, repacking, blending and transport operation. To uphold quality standards to
conform to ISO 9001 policies and procedures.
POLYBUTENE (PIB) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES SPECIALIST
Function is to search for new clients who might benefit from specific company PIB and PAO products or services and maximise client potential in designated regions. Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements. Arrange and carry out product training using your technical knowledge along with your sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed, and the company specialises in.
